A New AOK Experience Arriving Next Week

We’re releasing a redesigned AOK experience focused on faster navigation, streamlined workflows, and improved operational visibility across the platform.

 

The update introduces:

New Landing Page Experience

 

The redesigned landing page replaces the former Bulletin Board with a centralized hub for command updates, operational information, important contacts, and organizational news.

 

Commands can publish announcements directly to users at login, while department and team-specific updates live just below.

 

The updated experience improves visibility across the organization and creates a single location for operational awareness and communication.

 

Updated Support

 

All support documentation and knowledge base articles have been updated in anticipation of the launch.

 

The redesigned experience will be released to all users on Memorial Day weekend.

Legacy Interface Option

 

Users will continue to have the option to switch back to the legacy AOK interface during the transition period.

 

This release improves usability and navigation efficiency across the platform without changing core operational functionality or delivery reliability.
